El Puerto Deportivo Alcaidesa Marina ha izado hoy su
undécima Bandera Azul consecutiva en un acto al que han asistido
el alcalde de La Línea de la Concepción, Juan Franco; la concejal
de Turismo, Mercedes Atanet, y el concejal de Playas, Rafael León,
junto al director del Puerto, Antonio Valbuena, que recibió la
felicitación de los representantes municipales. Al acto de izada
también asistieron representantes de la Guardia Civil, Policía Local
y Policía Nacional.
El alcalde destacó “el magnífico trabajo realizado” por la
empresa y su implicación con la ciudad, además de ser “un
referente en creación de empleo, imagen y turismo del municipio”.
Valbuena agradeció a su equipo colaborar para conseguir la
Bandera Azul un año más, ratificando “el compromiso de Alcaidesa
Marina y del Grupo de apostar por el medio ambiente”. Además,
adelantó que el Puerto trabaja para obtener una nueva
certificación, la International Clean Marina, un reconocimiento
mundial específicamente diseñado para marinas. De conseguirse,
algo que se conocerá en el mes de diciembre, sería la primera
marina española en obtenerlo.
