ADELANTE TARIFA TRASLADA TEMAS DE INTERÉS GENERAL AL GOBIERNO LOCAL
En materia de salud pública,
Adelante Tarifa ha solicitado al gobierno local que apoye a la
Coordinadora Comarcal en Defensa de la Sanidad Pública en su petición de dimisión del
gerente del Área de Gestión Sanitaria del Campo de Gibraltar Oeste, Jesús Fernández Galán
Siguiendo las propias palabras de la Coordinadora “Es el momento de pedir responsabilidades
por el cúmulo de errores cometidos por el actual gerente en la gestión de la pandemia del
Covid-19, en la de las Listas de Espera, la Atención Primaria y la atención a los enfermos
crónicos. El desamparo y riesgo que vienen sufriendo los pacientes y familiares del Campo de
Gibraltar, especialmente los del Hospital Punta de Europa, afectados o no por la Covid-19 ha
llegado a su límite con el último contagio sufrido estos últimos días en los servicios de
oncología y hematología. No es ni la primera, ni la segunda vez que en este centro hospitalario
se contagian tanto pacientes, como personal, pero que suceda en una planta tan vulnerable es
gravísimo.”
Por otra parte, ante el notable y preocupante incremento de positivos en la localidad, Adelante
Tarifa solicitó en la sesión de seguimiento COVID-19 del pasado miércoles al gobierno local
realizar las gestiones necesarias con la Delegación territorial de Salud y Familia de Cádiz para la
realización de un cribado masivo estratificado y garantizando que periódicamente se puedan
repetir, que contribuya a la detección precoz de transmisión comunitaria, por ello celebra la
gestión realizada en este sentido por el alcalde en la reunión mantenida con la Delegada.
En materia de educación pública, para dar solución a algunas necesidades concretas y
circunstanciales de nuestros centros relacionadas con la ventilación y las bajas temperaturas,
Adelante Tarifa cree que podrían destinarse parte del dinero de los presupuestos de aquellas
concejalías que prevean menor gasto para este año. Así, como se ha estado haciendo en otros
municipios, podría destinarse el remanente de las partidas presupuestarias de festejos para
adecuar las ventanas de los centros educativos con planchas de policarbonato.
Sobre comercio minorista, Adelante Tarifa cree necesarias las medidas puestas en
funcionamiento desde el gobierno local para paliar los efectos negativos que la crisis sanitaria
está provocando en el comercio minorista, pero considera que,
dada la situación de muchos de estos comercios que sin ingresos tiene obligación de seguir pagando tasas e impuestos
municipales, son insuficientes y deben exigirse soluciones a la administración autonómica
que cuenta con un presupuesto enormemente superior.
Desde Adelante Tarifa se cree que, si en condiciones normales a estos comercios minoristas ya les resultaba complicado competir
con las grandes superficies, con la situación actual es imposible, por lo que la formación pide
más intensidad desde el gobierno local en la búsqueda y reclamación de soluciones. En
concreto, Adelante Tarifa vuelve a proponer la peatonalización de las calles más comerciales
del municipio con el objeto de incentivar la demanda, algo que, en condiciones normales, está
demostrado que funciona, y que en las circunstancias actuales podría contribuir además al
distanciamiento físico entre personas al hacer las calles más amplias y transitables para las
personas.
Adelante Tarifa muestra una vez más su preocupación por el sinhogarismo local
y pregunta al gobierno local si se plantea conveniar con alojamientos de la localidad o con bancos que
cuenten con viviendas vacías, soluciones habitacionales individuales para casos de
emergencias.
